We utilise a range of printing and finishing methods to create the perfect sticker for the job. Easy peel or easy apply, permanent or removable, paper or vinyl, die-cut or contour-cut, sheets or rolls… the list goes on! Not all stickers, labels & decals are created equal, so get in touch today and let’s talk through the options.
PRECUT PAPER STICKERS
Enter the total quantity of individual stickers required. They will be supplied on A4 sheets. Number of stickers per sheet will vary depending on selected size, and will show in the product description during checkout process.PRECUT PAPER STICKERS -We offer paper stickers in a range of preset shapes and sizes. These stickers come as A4 sheets that are precut with the sticker shapes, and we print over the top.
- Digitally printed on Revoria PC1120 digital press.
- A4 sheet size, multiple stickers per sheet
- Precut for fast and cost-effective production
- Square and rectangle precut stickers have rounded corners
- **NOTE – Quantity is number of individual stickers required, not the number of sheets**
Paper Label Stock – Our precut labels are printed on an uncoated, paper-based label stock with a permanent adhesive. Does permanent mean they’ll last forever? No – it simply means the adhesive is designed to remain stuck, so it may leave adhesive residue when peeled off. The paper itself may also deteriorate over time, so these are designed for short term or light-duty use. Suitable for promotional use, or basic food and product labelling.
TURNAROUND TIME – Small orders can be printed with 2 working days. Allow up to 4-5 working days for larger orders or during peak times.
SHIPPING – Sticker sheets will be sent in a satchel with cardboard backing, or in a cardboard box, depending on the size of the order.
If your files don’t match these criteria perfectly, often we will find a way to make them work anyway… we’re pretty clever like that. If we notice something that seems out of place, we’ll get in touch before we print.
- FILE TYPE – PDF (preferred). We also accept high res TIFFs and JPEGs.
- SCALE – Set files to 100% of final print size plus an additional 3mm of bleed on each edge.
- SINGLE – Just supply the file for a single sticker and we will do the imposition / layout at our end.
- SAFE AREAS – Avoid thin borders, or crucial text and design elements being placed right on the edge of the page. Bring these elements in from the edge creating a “safe area” of at least 3mm inside the edge of each sticker.
- RESOLUTION – Image files and raster graphics should be set to 300dpi (ppi) at 100% size.
- FONTS – All fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines (paths).
- COLOUR – Paper stickers are printed on a CMYK digital press, so if you’ve designed in CMYK then great, we can absolutely print those colours. If your file is set up in RGB just leave it that way and our software and printers will get as close as possible to the intended colour.
- LAYERS – All layers, especially transparency layers, should be flattened.
- EDITING – Do not preserve editing capabilities – this can make your file sizes massive and hard for us to work with. Instead, save your working files separately.

CUSTOM VINYL STICKERS -High quality, durable stickers for a wide range of uses. These can be printed and cut to almost any shape or size, and can be stuck to anything from laptops to lorries.
- Digitally printed on Epson eco-solvent wide format printer.
- Extra wide colour gamut.
- Range of materials and finishes.
- Digitally cut to any custom size / shape.
Promo Gloss – Our most popular adhesive vinyl, this product is economical yet suited for a wide range of uses. **Up to 3yr Outdoor Durability. GLOSS finish. CLEAR adhesive (appears white on the sticky side). PERMANENT adhesive (unlikely to remove cleanly). Can be laminated with matte or gloss finish for added protection.
Promo Matte – Popular adhesive vinyl with a matte finish. Economical with a broad range of uses. **Up to 3yr outdoor durability, MATTE finish, GREY adhesive (appears grey on sticky side, more opaque, blocks out whatever is underneath), REMOVABLE adhesive (slightly lower tack, more likely to remove cleanly). Can be laminated with matte or gloss finish for added protection.
Intermediate Gloss – The vinyl of choice for longer term applications like vehicle stickers or outdoor ACM signage. **Up to 5yr outdoor durability, GLOSS finish, GREY adhesive (appears grey on sticky side, more opaque, blocks out whatever is underneath), PERMANENT adhesive with EASY APPLY air release channels. Can be laminated with matte or gloss finish for added protection – strongly recommended for this vinyl as it is intended as a longer term solution.
High Tack Gloss – Extra strong stickers for the most demanding applications. **up to 7yr outdoor durability, GLOSS finish, CLEAR adhesive (appears white on sticky side), Extra strength PERMANENT adhesive (will be difficult to remove). Can be laminated with matte or gloss finish for added protection – strongly recommended for this vinyl as it is intended as a long term solution.

Square Cut
Rectangular or square stickers - a single straight cut through the vinyl and backing paper. Cutpath NOT required.
Die Cut
Custom shaped stickers - a single custom cut through the vinyl and backing paper. Cutpath required.
Kiss Cut with tab
Custom shaped stickers - one cut through just the vinyl layer, another cut through both the vinyl and backing paper. Kiss cutting allows for finer detail, and the gap between the kiss cut path and die cut path creates an easy peel tab. Cutpath required.
