Unless otherwise stated, all prices include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment and Title
Payment for online orders shall be made by credit card (Visa & MasterCard) or monthly invoice. Should payment for supply of goods or services be outside of, or beyond, our payment terms you will be liable for all costs, fees, damages, and expenses including legal costs (on a full indemnity basis) and all other fees incurred by us in recovering the amount outstanding. Ownership of the goods remains with Pixelpaint™ and does not pass to you until we receive all amounts owed to us. Your credit card information is processed by DPS and is not transmitted to us.
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship and materials. In the event of a defect, the goods shall be returned to Pixelpaint™, in original condition, for inspection. Should the problem be a legitimate claim, the product will be repaired and returned to the customer freight-free. Pixelpaint™ will have sole discretion to repair or replace the goods.
By confirming the placed order, the customer undertakes full responsibility for the quality of the images that they have inserted in the provided product templates.
The customer shall be responsible for the quality of the images used in the layout. Please pay attention to warnings about low resolution that are displayed automatically when using low quality images to create printed products. Pixelpaint does not accept any claims regarding print quality in such cases.
In the case of a defective or damaged order, please return goods to Pixelpaint™, Unit 2, 44 Triton Avenue, Mount Maunganui 3116 and contact email@example.com to arrange repair or replacement.
Choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days, and for the goods to be delivered between 1-4 days. This may vary due to workload however, so if you have a specific deadline please let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to accomodate.
All our delivery prices will be clearly stated during the purchase process.
We currently do not offer international delivery.
Work not started until Payment Received in Full
Work will not be started on a customer’s order until payment has been received in full. This will only be following confirmation by our bank that payment in full has been accepted. For credit card and direct credit payment, this is generally within 24 hours of order acceptance.
Right to Withhold Delivery
Pixelpaint™ may at their sole discretion withhold delivery of all or part of any order for any reason whatsoever.
Pixelpaint™ shall use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to the delivery address as specified by the Customer in an acceptable quality and on a timely basis. Pixelpaint™ will not be liable in any way or under any circumstance for any delays in the delivery of the Goods. In most cases, The Customer will be emailed a track and trace number and will be given the details of our courier company in order to chase up late deliveries directly.
Delivery will be deemed to have been completed when the Goods have been delivered to the delivery address as specified by the Customer.
Pixelpaint™ respects your privacy. Where we do ask you to provide personal information (such as name, e-mail address, and telephone number), this information will be used solely for the purpose stated, or to contact you with relevant information. If you wish to remove or change your information held by us, we will promptly take action to comply with your request.
This website and Trademarks, Patents and associated content and material owned by Pixelpaint™ is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use of any content is strictly prohibited and may infringe on intellectual property rights held by Pixelpaint™. Copyright of some material may be held by the suppliers of Pixelpaint™, in which case the suppliers retain all rights.
Consumer Guarantees Act
If you are purchasing or holding yourself out as purchasing the Products for a business purpose, then the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) are excluded from any supply agreement and to the extent permitted by law, all statutory or implied conditions, warranties and guarantees which would apply are expressly excluded.
Should Pixelpaint™ be delayed in or prevented from making delivery owing to any cause whatsoever beyond Pixelpaint™’s control, then Pixelpaint™ shall be at liberty to cancel or suspend the order without incurring liability for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.
If we fail to enforce any terms or to exercise our rights under these terms and conditions at any time, we have not waived those rights.
If in the event that any part of these terms and conditions will be determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, such terms and conditions will be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which will be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The use of this website and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of New Zealand. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the Laws of New Zealand shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
